The world’s largest pyramid, at least if you count on the volume, is located in cholula. The sides are1410 x 1500 feet and 217 feet high, it´s huge. On the arrival of the spanish, this pyramid and temple had already been abandoned and completely overgrown. Of course a church was immediately built on this “hill”. In the meantime, the archaeologists have dug a 5 miles long tunnel system through the pyramid and found that this was built over and over at least five times.
