hitchBOT / 2
The great idea came to germany: „Can robots trust humans“ is the idea behind the hitchhiking robot who had crossed canada by it´s own last summer.
Together with its “parents” hitchBOT had visited our place in frankfurt / germany. The reunion was great because together with hichBOT we had started our trips through america in halifax in july 2014. Here you can see the blog contribution about hitchBot in halifax
virunga movie
If you want to learn how difficult and dangerous conservation work can be, then you have to look at the „virunga movie“ (available on Netflix only). For the frankfurt zoological society (fzs.org) I had been in the virunga national park / democratic republic of congo in 2007 and 2009. daniel beer / alp galleries

my avid blog readers already know the photo club “OneDayOnePhoto” (see this contribution).
